A Minnesota couple rang in the new year 2020 with the birth of twins. One baby was born at 11:45 PM on Dec 31, 2019; and other baby was born at 12:01 AM on January 1, 2020. Both the babies were healthy. There was quite a bit of hooting and hollering going on in the delivery room. The doctors and nurses wore “Happy New Year” party hats and served the couple mocktails after the second birth.
